Digital Delivery Management (DDM) system is developed by ETON. We have constructed a comprehensive transportation software ecosystem with a complete workflow, ensuring accuracy and transparency to meet the diverse transportation needs of our customers.  

The main features of DDM software include order management, transportation management, shipment tracking, and COD-related management. This software allows for transportation planning based on specific customer requirements, optimizing routes and delivery times to minimize costs and enhance efficiency. The software can track and trace orders, enabling dispatchers to accurately monitor the status of goods through the GPS system and a multi-platform connectivity system, including Operation WebApp, Administrator WebApp, and Mobile App.

DDM integrates the OR Tool (Operations Research Tool), an open-source library developed by Google Research. This tool employs optimization algorithms to address various diverse problems, including transportation planning, job scheduling, and other optimization tasks. By integrating AI tools, the software rapidly provides optimal transportation solutions in terms of time and cost.

Mobile application is part of the Digital Delivery Management ecosystem (DDM).  Developed for drivers, it provides intuitive, quick, and convenient access to transportation order information and status updates. This enables drivers to easily interact with the office staff through seamless data synchronization between the DDM Mobile App and DDM Web.

API CONNECTION

API (Application Programming Interface) for DDM is a vital feature, enabling flexible and efficient connections and interactions with other systems and applications. Through the API, DDM can access and share transportation data with other systems such as Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
